How long does it take to prepare the order?

Everything we sell is "made to order". Since everything is made to the buyer's specifications, we do not keep a warehouse but everything is produced after your purchase .

Preparing an order tends to take 1-2 working days but depending on the number of active orders there could be a slight delay.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Italy, the rest of the EU (excluding Germany), the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada.

How much is shipping? How long for delivery?

ITALY:

- €3.99 SDA 3-5 working days , FREE for orders over €80

- €5.99 SDA Express 48h , FREE for orders over €80

EUROPE (excluding Germany):

- €9.99 UPS 3-7 business days ,

- €5.99 for orders over €80

- FREE for orders over €120

US & CANADA:

Skynet 7-14 business days

- €30 for orders under €60

- €20 for orders between €60 and €100

- €12 for orders over €100

- FREE for orders over €150

I had problems with shipping, now what to do?

It is possible, though rare, to experience problems with the shipment, including:

- lost parcel

- package that is delivered by tracking but not received by the recipient

- damaged parcel

AHTI is not responsible for damage or loss of shipments, these are solely and exclusively attributable to the courier.

From 1 January 2023, in the case of UNINSURED SHIPMENTS, no return or refund is GUARANTEED in the event of problems with the shipment.

Depending on the case, we may send the items back, but that is beyond our responsibility.

In the case of INSURED SHIPMENTS, Ahti will arrange for the free return of the item.

I have a problem with my order, is it possible to return it?

Any problem with your order must be communicated within one week of the day of receipt. We will not cover any user-caused damages under any scenario, only any manufacturing defects or errors.

Each case is different and will be evaluated individually, with attention and care.

Do you accept custom orders?

No, apart from customizations such as "engravings" of initials and/or name (already present in the article pages).

We do not design or manufacture any items that are not listed on this site. However we can make any changes you want to the above items.

Are all your items handmade?

Absolutely. Each production step is carried out in our laboratory, 100% by hand. From the first cut of the leather to the packing of the order.

What materials do you use?

Apart from very rare exceptions, we only use genuine vegetable tanned leather, produced in Tuscany : our tanning industry is one of the Italian excellences in the world.

"Vegetable tanning" is not to be confused with "vegetable" (plastic) faux leathers: it is a millenary process in which Real Skins (almost always from cows) are tanned using natural extracts such as tannins and more.

An extremely traditional, natural and consequently sustainable process.
